23. These comments are disgusting. Have you seen the videos of cops brutality against peaceful protesters? Have you seen how they pushed an elderly man into the pavement? Many people have permanently lost their eyesight from a rubber bullet to the eye.

24. Smart not use rubber bullets. There are others means of crowd control that will work better and be less personal. Having officers target individuals creates the wrong mind set for officers and protesters alike. Additionally recent rubber bullets have been used to target journalists and suppress press coverage of events.
