  1. Give it 5 years. Every single penny spent out there will be wasted when the wildfires continue to burn year after year.

  2. Simple answer is that if they want this expansion, build the roads to make escape better in case of fire. Two lanes become four lanes with lane controls that allow all lanes to be one way out. Add enough clear cut to each side of the roads to act as firebreak. Require that clear cut must be kept mowed short to keep fuel down. The county wants the tax base but make sure the use of the extra funds go to improving the safety of all residents, not just the new development's area. If you must build here, make everyone's life better and safer. Otherwise go elsewhere. Too expensive to do it this way??? Sorry Charlie!!! Enough is enough. Be good neighbors or go away.

  3. 'Fire' is NOT culture…'Culture' is something that is passed on to subsequent generations thru behavior, mannerisms, ideologies, dress, language, hairstyles, dance etc…'Fire' is truly 'Environmental'….to it's core….There, fixed his question…

  4. 3 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.

God has had enough. He says,
“I have some plans of my own:
Disaster because of this interbreeding evil!
Your necks are on the line.
You’re not walking away from this.
        It’s doomsday for you.
Mocking ballads will be sung of you,
and you yourselves will sing the blues:
    ‘Our lives are ruined,
our homes and lands auctioned off.
They take everything, leave us nothing!
All is sold to the highest bidder.’”
And there’ll be no one to stand up for you,
no one to speak for you before God and his jury.

  5. It’s all about money .
This was approved by the pay off to city officials

Where there smoke there’s fire 🔥

  6. At this point the entire western US is at risk of fire if there's anything that burns. We need millions of homes built or we will have more and more homeless as supply of homes runs out. I hope the design & materials of the homes are at least fire resistant…

  7. Funny how mankind worries so much about very few lives lost in wildfires, but not the hundreds to thousands of wildlife that’s lost in wildfires or development of communities.😕 “Man” has no heart.

  8. I'm a 4th Gen Californian. I left years ago because so many idiots from the rest of the country were moving in.
It was the best place in the country to grow up. Back then. Now it's everyone wanting what they didn't have where they moved from.
Better weather, the ocean, mountains and forests. It is the most diverse state. But it's not the best state.
I've lived in many states coast to coast as well as other countries. I would never consider moving back to Cali.
Too many fools from everywhere else. Too crowded for me. Idiots building in pine forests. LOL Se La Vie

  9. Good luck getting fire insurance anywhere in California. Also, good luck getting bank financing to develope "Luxury property." This not a "build it and they will come" situation, not if you're a wise investor.
