6. If the husband saw the wife on the baby monitor strangling the child I wonder if there is a way to obtain the video even if it's not recorded… There has to be some orbital way.

7. It was reported that he seen the wife strangle the second baby. The suspect States the first baby was already sprawled out on the bed blue. if his story had any Merit and he loved his kids. He simply would have started CPR first and dealt with her later.
