  1. I don't know, the question remains, why kill two innocent kids beside their mother? Probably too young to pick an intruder on a lineup, with the house being dark etc. I don't know

  2. I've seen lots of comments on here that are with me saying,"how was this woman convicted?" She is going to be executed people. What can we do about it? This isn't America if she can't receive a new trial at least. This is a complete circumstantial case. I feel that this one has a stronger case for innocence than Serial ever did. Maybe if.Darlie was a good looking young man when this happened more people would care. Part of the prosecutions case was she cared about her looks and apparently mother's aren't allowed to do this…..that's chauvinist and I'm sick of it. Do we live in America or not? Surely there is something that can be done!!!

  3. I’ve watched every documentary/true crime/news story about this case. When I first watched the true story I thought Darlie was innocent…now I’m leaning toward guilty. I know every person handles grief differently, but this doesn’t look like a grieving mother. From day one she didn’t show grief. Starting with the 911 call she started telling how she handled the knife. I know the 911 operator told her not to touch anything and that’s when Darlie said she touched it, but this case just doesn’t make sense. Where there’s smoke there’s fire. That’s just my opinion on this case.

  4. Proof beyond reasonable doubt is quite difficult to achieve. Most times, the cops have to work with whatever evidence they have. Given that there wasn't any allegation of evidence being planted here, I strongly believe that the evidence in this case weighs in favour of the cops' theory. Refer Forensic Files episode for the cops' side of the story.

  5. So the imaginary killer ran and threw the sock away. Why not just stick it in his pocket so less evidence would be left at the scene? Darlie's story is as hole-ridden as Swiss Cheese. She's guilty.

  6. It was Darins sock. A cat could have carried off the sock or one of the Routiers dogs that oddly enough, though Darley said bark a lot, did not bark that night

  7. One little print is not enough, that “assasins” prints should of been every where

  8. There's soooo much information missing from this summary. Like, when was the sock found? What tests did they use to determine it was the boys' blood (it was only 1996 – not exactly advanced DNA testing at that time)? How fresh was the blood? Did the sock match any pairs existing in Darlie's house? How would an intruder stabbing the boys have got blood on his sock? Wouldn't he have been wearing shoes? Also, if this was premeditated, Darlie could have given the boys tiny cuts and wiped them with a sock, ditched the sock, and THEN killed the boys. Also, why are they so sure the husband didn't do it? Maybe the man she claims to have seen creeping around WAS her husband. Maybe it was someone hired by the husband to take out his family, who did a terrible job. Why would the killer have stabbed the boys but slit Darlie's throat instead? It can't have been slit too deeply because she had no trouble at all speaking on the 911 call.

  9. This def was not the mother I mean that bloody fingerprint that wasn’t any of theirs proves that.!! Let alone the sock down the alley like really?? Plus many other things as well.!! IMO she’s innocent.!!

  10. Cops never like to admit they are wrong even if they find the real killer they would still not apologize to her. I just DO NOT believe she did it
