Kevin Spacey accuser takes stand, invokes 5th Amendment

1. Spacey tried to feed me a baby shrimp from a baby shrimp cocktail…. Were going to court next Wednesday 🐓

2. So, a false accuser gets to accuse from behind the cloak of anonymity while the accused gets the glare of public spotlight. Either both are publicly named or both get anonymity until there is a verdict. Otherwise its very easy to falsely accuse without fear of consequences.

3. Money grab, a young dude couldn't curse, hit, attack or citizen arrest a touching old famous rich man. Our courts should be ashamed of themselves.

4. The man isn’t guilty so eat it up and move on

There is no 5th amendment right…If you plead not guilty…and are convicted but you file an appeal because there are 4 points of wrongful court due processes "proving innocence"…but because the appellate court is so slow…you serve the entire sentence and released on parole that requires that you attend Therapy where you must admit to the crime of conviction and all other crimes during your life…You refuse pleading the 5th because your fair trial is not completed being active in the appellate court…and you petition the court 3 times to put a stay on the therapy and the judge issues an order you will do therapy (confess as demanded or go to jail in violation) so you create an affidavit stating you will appease them and tell them what ever they want to hear to stop the abuse…its hard to confess to things that are not true so you refuse to confess you are terminated from therapy, violating parole and spend months in jail beyond your completed sentence for the alleged crime…with this repeated process 3 times…no help, no attorney ALLOWED…loose your job, your apartment, vehicle impounded from their parking lot each time. you win the appellate case ….reversed and remanded…you sue the parole/prob. officer and the therapist…the federal court/government backs these crooks…after the third incarceration the parole officer was fired and convicted for assaulting a police officer…and the therapist fired because he embezzled 600,000.00 collecting from his clients and claiming the same clients were indigent and collected from the state…double dipping… no criminal charges but sued for 600 grand…The federal court…claims you don't have a claim but won't give a reason…they refer to case law beyond the right to a fair trial and your fifth amendment right being protected until such time that fair trial takes place…the government is not broken its designed…and there isn't a God Damned thing you can do about it…The Science is that one cannot get better until ones admits to the crime…there were a lot of very healthy witches that were true sorcerers of real magic…before their fair trial to the death sentence…nothing has changed…not a single millimeter…

29. The mother tampered with the phone. She deleted evidence which exposed her son’s racist messages along with damaging text exchanges about the so called crime in question. Mr. Spacey should sue these repugnant people.
