20. Harvey's conviction only proves that we must examine political affiliations of jurors and that we need a federal law preventing state prosecutions of crimes that are not directly related. Each of Harvey's accusers should have been prosecuted as individual cases. Lumping them all in as one trial by adding each as a 'count' taints the credibility of the overall case.Prosecution convoluted the case by claiming all the accusers were one case and that weakens the defense that cannot address each accuser on a one on one basis. The whole trail should be declared unconstitutional. Rights to Due process were violated by NY against Harvey Weinstein. Proving political affiliations in this case would be essential as the MeeToo movement an arm of the Leftist Democrats arranged a trial that defy's our history. Through this trail alone the Lefts has redefined rape and assault beyond the norm. I don't like Harvey's womanizing traits either but the man should have 'rights'!
