  1. Oh yeah the fix to crippling inflation is to raise wages… LOL

What will be the fix to inflation and unemployment after John Deer moves factories to Mexico, China etc.?

  2. Why doesn’t someon find the big shot CEO ?? Makin the big bucks ?? Am i missing something ?? Share all his yats and mansions, move right in burn down the building fuk this dose need to be addresed , world wide

  3. All these idiots are probably trump supports and refused to increase the minimum wage by democrats. WE ARE KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS ARE GOING THROUGH BUT WHY CHOSE POLITICS OVER WHAT'S RIGHT???? YOU GOD DAMN REPUBLICANS!!!!

  4. Biden administration 😖😖😖😖😖

  5. Everything goes up except your pay …. This runs a lot deeper … 2 income families struggle nowadays…. You gotta have few incomes in just 1 home to get by

  6. "Here is a $0.50 raise and a pizza party, now get back to work!" That's their resolution. I really hope these guys turn that down and demand what they deserve. I work as a software engineer for a big Pharma company and going through the same situation. I have a masters degree and can't even break $70k/year even though I am a lead engineer because the company "doesn't know how much money they will make in this pandemic" all the while the CEO got a massive pay raise last year and this year.

  7. IF THERE WERE NO BAD EMPLOYERS AND NO BAD SUPERVISORS THERE WOULD BE NO UNIONS!!
    HANG TOGETHER BROTHERS,
    UNION YES!!
    RETIRED, IAM MACHINIST, LOCAL 356

  8. We need to move into automation. These kind of peasant revolt are no longer a thing. I hope companies don’t have to put up with this crap in the future

  9. The real thing is…. With inflation minimum wage should be around 24$ a hr. and most people arent even coming close. These companies have the money to pay . Look at these CEOs salaries and bonuses

  10. Thats what im talking about this needs to be happening all over the country….This isnt just a thing at john deere its at every major company. The bottom workers who are the pillars get scraps while all the money is funneled to the higher ups…. They dont invest in people anyore because they dont care

  11. I’m self employed sure would be nice if all my customers gave me a pension!
No wonder American products are so much cant the average working smuck invest their own money for retirement I instead of me paying it for them?

  12. Be careful this is an opportunity for John Deere to go overseas And turn their great machines into throwaway trash tractors !!
Our true fight is getting corrupt government out of our Loving country !!
Let's not lose sight of the true problem we are facing today with our corrupt government destroying America from within!!
    🇺🇸 "GO TRUMP" !! 🇺🇸
    "AMEN" !!!

  13. I support their decision to strike or walkout if they feel they aren't being treated or paid fairly. I also support the companies' decision not to pay more than what the work they are doing is worth and to replace workers who decide to strike or leave with new ones. Americans voted for an economic downturn when they voted for Biden and other Democrat politicians who imposed mandates, lockdowns, and limited businesses. It's a self-inflicted wound. That's why it is so important to have some basic idea of how government and economic works and the affects of government policies. Most, if not all, states are increasing their minimum wage laws. Historically, rises in minimum wage results in higher prices for goods and services. There will always a be "cause and effect" that either the worker or the consumer will not like. Punishing businesses always doesn't help everyone. Businesses can close or relocate overseas, and then that "insufficient" wage becomes $0. On the other hand, businesses that can't keep employees will lose to their competitors if they don't pay competitive salaries and create a favorable work environment. Negotiation is a good thing and I hope it works out. Prior to minimum wage laws, negotiation is how workers and businesses worked out pay and kept prices low.
