  1. Someone from Instacart should read!
    Put a disclaimer before every order stating something like: "ATTENTION! We are still in a PANDEMIC and many of your favorite and yummy items MAY NOT BE IN-STOCK! If you wish for replacements then STAY IN CONTACT with your shopper! (or half your order may not show up) and you will NOT be able to RATE your shopper!"

    -Just an Idea??

  2. There's a simple fix too! Instacart knows if the driver attempts to make contact, so they also know if a customer responds. If the customer does not respond, then their right to rate the driver should be revoked. Easy.

  3. I don’t have any low ratings and I was in instacart hell last week! 5 days sitting and waiting and I made $45! I finally got to the weekend and finally made about $165 for Friday -Sunday. On top of that I only got $49 of my earnings Sunday because most of it was tips.. which will take up to 3 days to deposit.
    I can’t take it sometimes.. one of the Publix bag boys told me to get a job. Ok 👍🏻 I have Borderline personality disorder it’s extremely hard to hold down a job. My longest job was 2 years.. I’m trying my best.

  5. 75% of shoppers agree with the rating system…. Bs… Hey instacart how about get rid of the 3 lowest scores or not allow ratings for stores being out of stock…I did 8 orders yesterday only 1 had 100% of items

  6. It amazes me in a twenty-first-century where someone can pick up a phone and order some groceries in for the past 2 hours not touched her phones. I called BS everybody's always on their phone when I can't find your yogurt how you nowhere near your phone

  7. I would guess that Instacart uses the rating system as an excuse to keep pay low for the shopper. In the long run this company is only defeating itself.

  8. Bad complaints from customers equal less profits. If it’s bad and it stays bad they will quit using the service. The customer is first, always.

  9. Depending where your at, your always going to get batches especially on the weekends and during football season AND during the holiday seasons. Just hustle

  10. Sad that they cant address this after It had to go to public television. Do your job and make it right for the shoppers instacart. Pay your employees. Back away from the greed. I have seen orders for 50 items for a total of $7 dollars usd. What a joke and slap in the face to your employees
