37. So I live in Cripple Creek,Co which is where the courthouse is located for this trial. For anyone wondering about the mistress, and why she isn't being charged. Krystal Kenny pleaded guilty to evidence tampering, and in exchange for a lesser sentence agreed to testify against Frazee. Her final punishment will be decided by a judge after Frazee is sentenced, based on the helpfulness of her testimony. It could be anywhere from probation, to three years in jail.

    As far as why she did it. It's been shown through the evidence and testimony that Frazee is a powerful manipulator. Who knows how to get what he wants. Krystal at one point was pregnant with a child, fathered by Frazee, she got an abortion after Frazee tore into her, that she would be the mother of a B******. Even one of Frazees best friends testified against him, explaining how verbally abusive Frazee was towards his fiancee Kelsey Berreth (the victim).

    This testimony from the cellmate, almost completely validates Krystals story. That Frazee tried to get Krystal to do the killing, on two separate occasions. Think about the level of control Frazee exerted over Krystals mental state to ask her to do such an act.

    This does not excuse her actions at all. But I feel you should know how much of a monster Frazee is, and maybe look at Krystals side of things from a different light.
