32. It's a he said she said situation. How can those 'innocent' women prove what they're alleging? Gov. Cuomo you have the same rights as these women. It's obvious these women hoped for more but didn't get it. The only mistake you made was not to realize that if you touch a woman they interpret it as them to be the chosen one and that a marriage proposal is the next step. I'm 71 and I know what I'm talking about.
