    The defendants don’t have a right to custom tailor their
    trial. No one is entitled to that. Allowing the president
    to do that would mean the law can be maneuvered to fit
    his wants. That means he’s above the law.
    Whatever applies to the common man off the street applies
    to the president. But, we know that’s not the way it works.
    If you have money and power, you call your own shots.
