15. This makes me want to finish my masters, continue my education and get licensed in behavioral psych and art therapy…. but… higher education just costs way too much. I refuse to put myself back in debt. That said, I am also diagnosed bipolar, therefore I’m very self aware of my personal mental health and I also make sure to consistently check in on my children’s mental health. It also helps that as an introverted latchkey GenXer, quarantine was my jam… and I did my best to raise my kids to self entertain… I’m very fortunate to say that we’ve made it through mostly unscathed… I still have my home, we didn’t go hungry and we didn’t lose anyone to covid. The only thing that got damaged through all of this was my house got completely trashed and is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some minor repairs lol
