Helicopter pilot killed in crash atop skyscraper was lost: NTSB

1. Poor guy had no visibility and probably should not have taken off in the first place. Plus he didn' t have certification for poor weather conditions. But what a terrible price he paid. One blessing is that he didn' t land on the street. I recall that John Kennedy Jr. Piloted a plane with his wife and her sister, also in poor weather. All three perished. Very sad.

3. He shouldn't have taken off in the 1st place. Even pilots who are certified don't always risk bad weather, they delay
