New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation Tuesday, saying “the best way I can help now is if I step aside and let government get back to government.†His announcement comes exactly one week after the release of a report from the state’s attorney general alleging Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women. He has denied any wrongdoing and has not been charged.ÂÂÂ

Gov.Cuomo, I admire you for resigning (and to my belief is with grace), it was not easy but you made an honorable decision.
