4. The presentation of both prosecution and defense has been extra-litigious, granted the prosecution did start off with the very strong testimony of personal accounts. But since then it's been going around in circles on technicalities which is never the best way to prove a case. The bottom line is Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd in a manner malicious enough to be charged as murder! And as far as reasonableness, Not Once did he take pause to consider Not Killing Him!! And that is every indication that even premeditation was possible, if you know how police (and paramedics, EMS, etc.) truly operate, but it will not even be touched here…
   I hope the Special Prosecutor is really good at closing arguments.

12. Floyd's death was due to bad karma . It was preventable . If he hadn't committed 6 previous felonies he wouldn't have been in that place at that time , and the entire event wouldn't have happened in the first place .
