Philonise Floyd testified about his brother George’s life and influence on his family and community, and shared how much he misses him. The judge denied Derek Chauvin’s defense attorney’s request to sequester the jury following protests over the fatal police shooting of Daunte Wright.

  1. Hey Philonise! Tell the story about when George robbed a pregnant woman at gun point. Tell us about his 3 convictions for cocaine.
    Good times, good times.

  2. The presentation of both prosecution and defense has been extra-litigious, granted the prosecution did start off with the very strong testimony of personal accounts. But since then it's been going around in circles on technicalities which is never the best way to prove a case. The bottom line is Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd in a manner malicious enough to be charged as murder! And as far as reasonableness, Not Once did he take pause to consider Not Killing Him!! And that is every indication that even premeditation was possible, if you know how police (and paramedics, EMS, etc.) truly operate, but it will not even be touched here…
I hope the Special Prosecutor is really good at closing arguments.

You can see it in his face that whole 9 minutes and 29 seconds he's telling himself, "I'm going to be the guy that took down 'Big Floyd'!!!"

  3. No Amount of Drugs Can COMPARE to 8 MINUTES on the NECK!! He Begged for His LIFE, so DID the Witnesses, who in HOROR SAW a Men’s LIFE BEEN EXTRACTED from Him ! The Accused SEEMED to HAVE PLEASURE Performing Such ACT of CRUELTY

  4. According to the local police chief, Kim Potter, a 26-year police veteran, meant to fire her Taser rather than her service pistol.
    Whoops! Can we rewind?

  5. Egocentrism can cause one to make incorrect assumptions about what other people are thinking or feeling. DChauvin selected an incorrect assessment concerning
    Mr. Floyd's "LIFE."

  6. DChauvin took Mr. Floyd's "LIFE" without any forethought in which he is trained to do for all "PEOPLE." The former Peace Officer should have served Mr. Floyd in an unbiased manner. Why didn't all those police trainings DChauvin took apply?

  7. Floyd's death was due to bad karma . It was preventable . If he hadn't committed 6 previous felonies he wouldn't have been in that place at that time , and the entire event wouldn't have happened in the first place .

  8. What would his brother possibly have to testify by wasn't there you're not testifying as a character witness we know what the person's character was you're testifying whether or not he died at the hands of the officer or he died because of the drugs and health conditions originally the coroner says he did not die at the hands of another there for the guy cannot be convicted of that they should have charged him with negligible homicide that is if you didn't call paramedics right away

  9. Attorney John Cate out of Santa Ana CA Child abused my nephew Chris Miller who eventually died. Orange County Superior Court covered it up
