Carlton has every right to sue them in my opinion. The Carlton has literally been around for so long and became his trademark and fortnite cannot make millions off of it, after it's already been created. Fortnite didn't even make an effort to change it at all, they literally copied it right off the show seems like it. They gave him no credit and didn't even name it. Almost every dance on fortnite is copied.
Why didn't he sue Bungie? It was in Destiny before Fortnite even existed.
