  1. you could argue that a dance that becomes sorta mainstream enters the realm of "public domain" to some extent
like you can't "copyright" a dance move so that NO ONE can do it unless they paid or whatever…
did blizzard compensate napoleon dynamite for using their dance ? i doubt it lmao
imagine if you created a dance like a "headspin"… weird right

  2. The carlton isn't a complete original dance itself…watch" wake me up before you go go " by wham released 1984 . I synced carlton's dwts dance with wham's video. The "carlton" is more like a flared "wham" to the face so you can wake me up before you go go

  3. what a bitch man. just ask for the credits. i obviously see why you would be irradiated but i’d WANT my dance in a famous game if my credit is given to me

  4. Carlton has every right to sue them in my opinion. The Carlton has literally been around for so long and became his trademark and fortnite cannot make millions off of it, after it's already been created. Fortnite didn't even make an effort to change it at all, they literally copied it right off the show seems like it. They gave him no credit and didn't even name it. Almost every dance on fortnite is copied.
