1. Hate to say it but the army won’t do anything unless you are actually raped. On top of that it’s a process. To me the real army should just go on TRADOC but you’ll have higher suicide rates

2. The military integrity is messed up. Upper level military think that they can get away with anything. Instead of high level ranking going down, they probably appoint an innocent low ranking individual to do dispose and do the sentence for them.
