The most important thing is that Ukrainian professional army including elite Nazi units like Azov regiment suffered unsustainable losses and you can't do much with conscripts (most of them are really unwilling to fight for the regime). According to Daily Mail "Conscripts are being given call-up papers on the beaches of Ukraine as Volodymyr Zelensky's army suffers heavy losses. Ukraine is suffering more than 20,000 casualties a month, which is simply unsustainable." Ukrainian army will be done by the end of the year.
