9. Jesus. This is worse than I thought. I was a bit skeptical because I feel the Pulse responders got a bad rep as they tried to negotiate with a gun man and avoid possible explosives. But this isn't Orlando. There was a total lack of leadership here and children paid the price. Heart breaking and infuriating.
