Read the EUA doc: Page 21 shows the initial 12-15 yrs age group from November saw 0% efficacy. So they did a new run, ended in March, then it became 100% efficacy (actually an interval of 75.3 to 100%). But it is being "simplified" to just say 100% when you hear mass media.

Not a typo, forty eight… The others were only followed for 1 or 2 months. Gov't says there are no long term effects.
