  1. Suicide Hotlines are like "thoughts and prayers" it's something completely useless that let's some people think they are "helping" without having to do anything about.

I always wonder what kind of magical thinking leads people to believe that giving someone, who is hopelessly depressed, a random phone number is going to solve anything.

Do people go around telling stage IV cancer patients to call the American Cancer Association?

  2. Whatever you do, people, NEVER call the suicide hotline: They will come and lock you up. There is NO HELP on the other end of that line.

  3. Breaking news suicide hot line implemented to help the millions of "never trumpers" who have just "WOKE" to the lies the Democrats have been spewing since 2016. This is not a joke.
    ♾Trump♾

  4. America is such a fucked up society. First they drive millions of men to suicide with anti male laws, absurd vawa, gynocentric legislation and hysterical feminism, then they claim they want to help those who commit suicide. Hey how about you don’t drive men to kill themselves perhaps?? Fucking hypocrites.

  5. These people are a fucking scam. Id love to have their job of just hearing people complain and hanging up on them. Yup, thanks to them you must learn that you fall, you have to get up, dust it off and keep moving.

  6. We need to be discussing the causes that make people feel this a dry in our country as we continue to make things worse for the people daily. This is an important discussion about our government creating a desolate future to enrich the rich.

  7. If you or someone else is having problems just know that I love you you are important to everyone you are strong you are brave and most important you are important to your parents and friends 💜

  8. In all seriousness: Here in America, "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness".
If an American citizen does not have the legal 'Liberty' to end their own 'Life' if they and they alone believe it would make them 'Happy' to do so, for whatever reason or reasons they might have, then are they truly 'Free'?

  9. Burn one down n chill out…relax baby…u r my sunshine…get by with a little help from your friends..lean on me…now go eat some ice cream!

  10. Aye im a survivor and suicide prevention dont work, they dont even help you. Last time i called they were trying to get me to hurt myself. Theyre trash this shit is trash snd hourse they rode in on trash! Fuck suicide prevention theyre no help and i hope that person that answered that one time fall in a shitty man hole and die choking on excrements

  11. I would like to see statistics on the genders of people who use hotlines like this. I cannot seem to find that data online. My gut feeling is that most callers to a suicide hotline will be female or some non-binary type, and the number of men that call will be relatively low, even though men make up most of the suicides. The issue is that as men we know that the reality is that no one cares about us. We make up 80% of the homeless, no one cares about men enough to investigate this gender inequality. We make up 93% of workplace deaths, no one cares. We get divorce raped and placed into impossible financial conditions from which escape is explicitly precluded, no one cares. Society blames us for all it's ills, even though we have never done anything wrong, and no one cares about us. Why should we call a suicide hotline? It has been drummed into us that no one cares, and calling for help when no one cares just makes us more pathetic.
