21. They should have been arrested and charged with brandishing a firearm during the commission of a felony assault on day one! I understand the murder charges taking more time as the prosecutor determines the strength of that charge. But there was no question of guilt in the brandishing and assault charge.

28. If murder was on their minds they wouldn't have called 911, and they would have just shot him before he got close enough to grab the gun. What probably happened was when he grabbed the gun, the guy holding it tightened his grip to make sure it couldn't be pulled out of his hands. The trigger ended up being pulled while he was trying to hold on. I remember once encountering a couple of hunters that looked similar to these guys while hiking in the woods. They walked up to tell me I was trespassing on private property and needed to leave. I was nervous because you do hear about random killings happening, and I probably would have been more nervous had I been black. But had I decided to assume they were random killers then grab their guns from them, I would have been shot just like this guy. I feel for him and his family, but that was a horrendously bad decision to make a grab for the gun. It's best to stay calm and act friendly, and hope they aren't bad guys. It was reported that making a citizen's arrest is legal in that area if you witness someone committing a crime, and they claimed they saw him coming out of a house under construction which is trespassing. I think they should change that law and require everyone to let the cops handle it. This looks like it's gonna be another Ferguson because they'll probably acquit them.

29. Why wasn't there this much outrage over Khari Sanford killing the Madison, Wisconsin professor and her husband that were kind enough to take him in? Oh, that's right. Because the mainstream media hasn't paid it any attention. Doesn't fit the "white man bad" narrative.

30. If you’re out jogging and a truck pulls up with guns yelling at you, your first instinct is to fight for your life and survive.
