369 passanges DON'T have peanut allergy, why is everyone expected to change their life style to accommodate one? If it's that desperate then take a private jet !
Hard to really lock down the dust from peanuts its gets airborne. Yeh lady is right wear a mask or carry emergency kit. In public places and businesses there really are no guaranteeds agianst stuff going airborne.
Korean air had a problem with nuts… The nut-lady incident… This…
My son is severely allergic to peanuts worst airborne that's why you check with airlines before purchasing ticket and always carry his meds , airlines can deny you boarding sad but true
The use of peanut oil in the manufacturing of vaccines is the reason we have allergies to peanuts, peanut allergies were virtually unheard of before the use of peanut oil in vaccines, same goes for other allergies to other food stuffs, they use many plant/animal proteins in the manufacturing process, and that is the reason allergies are developed to that food.
Not saying don’t play guilt card but family at fault not doing their own research and communication with airline. Parents failed to help children prevent inconvenience then it all became airlines fault.
Well, but I can smell PC police is on their way bashing me so whatever
food allergies….rich ppl problem….sensitive
Peanuts? Or a person's life?  Hmmmm…
That must have been scary as hell for their parents.
The irony is when they switch to another airline the passenger sitting next to them brought their own peanuts to eat on the flight.
Funny every incident they say we're looking into it & strive to give best customer service. Every time. Bs lie's, lie's, lie's .
… What, peanut butter food fights at 35,000 feet? Nuts on a plane for sure.
I thought peanut allergies were only dangerous when eaten Had know idea people with peanut allergies can't even be near peanuts
abhinav
I would give up peanuts for a child's life.
sry but everyone knows that nuts on a plane are like pasta in italy. dont go there if you are allergic
"news"
Korean airlines sucks.
How is this news?
Maybe they should have reported it when booking the tickets like MOST airlines require? They literally ask at the end of the booking process if you need accommodations for allergies, disabilities, etc.
Wow, layers have coached them well, but the acting sucks. Irresponsible parents.
