I was against stacking the court before but after reading the majority and dissenting opinions in this ruling, it's clear that the six Justices who voted the majority did so based on their politics as opposed to Constitutional law. If they make a habit of choosing politics over the Constitution, it may be time to consider such options.

Seems all they are saying is we dont want the government to make the decision for us, let the private businesses make their own decision, so whomever dies from a failure of persons to take responsibility, we will then blame central government, see how dumb the contradicting statement is. It does all these things except IMMUNIZATION. 33. Does not matter. This does not stop any employer or government entity for requiring their employees or customers to be vaccinated. In fact any employer who willfully allows and unvaccinated employee to infect other employees or customers can be held liable for providing unsafe work environment and sued!
