Its not just the software its also the poor workmanship during the build process.
This is exactly what happened in 2 notable Airbus incidents. Qantas Flight 72 and Qantas Flight 73… 2 Airbus A330s back in 2008 both jets nosedived multiple times and nearly crashed because of computer software fed corrupted data into the AOA sensors.
Forget the software. The engine placement makes the front 15% heavier. The plane is un-even.
Easy. Leave the flaps on a tiny amount, 5, until 10,000 ft. AGL.

40 seconds is an eternity to make a decision to avert a disaster. That is PLENTY of time for a corrective action to engage full manual control to save the plane. Imagine driving on the highway and the cruise control malfunctions… do you wait even 5 seconds to: option 1 hit cruise control cancel, option 2 hit the brake, option 3 put the transmission in neutral and hit the brake, option 4 force shut off the engine?
