11. I live in Matthews. The damage is pretty significant and it may takes weeks, but we can rebuild.

    Grand Isle however, is a lost cause. The island barrier might never pop up back on the map ever again. 50-60% of all structures there are complete destroyed. The island keeps sinking 1.2 inches every year. It’s done.
