Have fence around pool? 😲
My heart dropped. Thank you saving the kid.
Who on Earth doesn't keep their eyes on the children?
God bless this man and his daughter
"Half the kids drown within 25 yards of a parent"
Drowning is called "the silence death" for a reason.
How it happens in real life, has nothing to do with how it's depicted in the movies (hand-waving and screaming "help!, help!"), as could be witnessed here.
Tom you’re a hero!!
I'm glad the kid's safe.
I’m sorry… BUT… what the people or kids on the other side of the fence should’ve jumped that fence with ease to save him. That’s way too long to be under the water & hes lucky to be alive. Getting help is great and smart, but in a situation like that you don’t run away for help. You jump over that fence and get him out of that pool immediately.
Natural selection…. But glad to see life
Dad may be a hero for saving his son's life but he is also one of the responsible persons who let this happen (I don't know if the mother lives with them).
I get that kids can slip away unnoticed in a split second but that huge deep pool should have been covered. You should NEVER let pools uncovered when you have small children, ESPECIALLY if you have kids that are non-verbal (can't scream for help or make loud noises), or that has a condition that makes them more vulnerable to accidents.
I just moved out of Lawrence! Wild
Wow someone who did something valuable instead of recording a tragedy on their cell phoneðŸ˜ÂÂ👠♥ï¸ÂÂ
Good man.
Lost a little nephew this way earlier in the year. It only takes a matter of minutes, unfortunately they couldn't reach him in time. Tore his parents and the rest of us apart. So glad this boy was safe.
Man is a hero â¤ï¸ÂÂ
Exactly why I have my 4 year old enrolled in swim and won’t let her be done with it until I know she can swim well. All it takes is one fall into a pool/lake/ etc
God Bless Him for saving that little boy
Good guy 😱😱😱💯💯💯
That kid who called her dad and the dad is the hero
Thank you, Jesus!
Its so weird that they called a press conference for an accident, just to cry and hug each other. Everything in America is like a reality tv show. Everybody wants to seek attention. How pathetic 🙄
imagine trying to save someone, but you realize you can't swim either
He seems to be ok weeeeee
Alhumdullah the baby was saved.
teach him how to swim
The George steffanopolis outro is terrible. I've been meaning to say it. It's terrible, it's jarring, it's irritating and it breaks the atmosphere of any new headline you guys present. Tragedy in Ukraine, now let's have George directly break the grief silence by telling us what YouTube already does for him. Seriously think you should consider changing it. Great news story otherwise.
How did he get inside the fence??
Why was no one watching the child? Smh
This is terrifying and can happen to anyone!
Where is the parents? Y was he unattended? Parents gtta do better
Do where the hell was his mother? Why would a child with autism be left out at a pool to access it alone in the first place? I 100% blame the mother.
Unfortunately, with such a mentally damaged child, I think she needs to ensure he's always in a secured location..
He’s not a hero he left his child unattended
