  2. There are millions of people starving to death at this very moment in Yemen and Afghanistan, but one dog gets stuck in a river and an entire city is brought to a standstill. I hate this planet. 🤦‍♂️

  3. So glad Scooby is ok. More than dogs have been caught by water coming down the LA River. Those cement walls should go. No one and no dog can climb up straight concrete walls.
