  1. Intermittent force, alone. There is no evidence, whatsoever, that DC used enough sufficient, prolonged and excessive force to cause the death of GF, no matter what paid, or unpaid, experts claimed. Many things came together to create this unfortunate event. DC may have been doing the best he could, given the situation – drugs, crowd, cameras, rookie colleagues, resistance etc – keeping things calm whilst awaiting the ambulance. Also, there is no evidence of racism.

  2. Well in the last case, if the woman had not pulled away from Chauvin when he tried to arrest her, none of the other stuff would have happened.

  3. He not only used excessive force, he knew he was killing George floyd, you can see him adjusting his weight with hands in pocket to get maximum results of killing Mr. Floyd .you can clear as day see this. And then to continue kneeling on his neck while he was clearly not moving and unconscious. I can't imagine what it would be like to stand nearby and not being able to do anything to help mr floyd. I'm so sorry George floyd that they did this to you . RIP George floyd 🙏 😢 💔

  4. Someone goes for your neck and you resist? So you are resisting someone not just going for your vitals, but for your ability to breath and supply oxigenated blood to your brain.

  5. It's truly a shame what happened to this guy, but I can't help but think if he'd of actually cooperated he'd still be here.

But nevertheless the cop used excessive force and should be punished accordingly.

Hope the police learn a valuable lesson and I hope the general public see the video and cooperate with the law when requested because there is only ever one winner.

  6. Well cops think they run the whole country they're the more power over people and they can do whatever they want that's what's wrong with this society the people should run the f**** country not the police now if you got a guy handcuff and putting your knee on his neck does a strain him he's already handcuffed was he going to do he can't hit you you got two other officers on f**** knees and in his leg holding that s*** down I don't understand this if he don't come up to murder there's going to be a problem

  7. Excessive force charge; I agree with that. The knee on the neck is what Minneapolis Police allow and teach the knee on the neck. The PD needs to be called out for training this.

  8. he asked to be placed on the ground. He also was belligerent during the arrest. Should he have died? No.
But, the police officer used that knee on the neck because that is a move that police in Minneapolis are taught to use. So the accusation of homicide may go out the door because the police department allows that knee on the neck move.
Now, can you say what the cop did was reckless? Especially with how long he was on Floyd’s neck? I personally believe yes. A suspect died in their custody, meaning that they were responsible for keeping Floyd safe. Is the cop a murderer? I don’t believe so. Do I think he should get a fair trial? Yes. Do I think if the trial is fair that he will get anything more than manslaughter or negligence charge? No. But who knows. Jury is scared of rioters hurting their families. So they may throw the book and over charge this cop. Who knows.
PS: I don’t think he should be allowed to be a cop, firefight or Paramedic due to his lack of awareness for Floyd’s well being.

  9. You social justice warriors are so cumbersome in your own delusion. Justice goes both ways. Let the courts work it out. We all know the facts!
Floyd was really high and freaking out!
The officer used excessive force to subdue Floyd.
Floyd died because he overdosed on illegal drugs and the knee on the neck is a tactical move taught by officers to protect themselves and the offender.
Murder in this case for the officer is not justice. .
I don’t live in Minneapolis but if you want to burn it down go ahead it’ll show the rest of the world what it needs to see. Freedom is no longer important to you radical left sissy’s! Y’all don’t want freedom you want someone to take care of you! Worthless pieces of $#!+ and more of you should get a knee in the neck.

  10. Any police that has unbecoming actions of the police don't need to get a second chance once they have displayed these types of actions should immediately relieved of their duties
