    We are in climate crisis. If we want to have a chance we have to change! Go Vegan end animal abuse and fight climate change!!!This is what the rest of the world has faced ×100+ it will only get worse. Vegan for animals, planet and a future.

    This is what happens when people build where they shouldn’t. Plus they build earthen dams that overtime will break. There in the bottom country lower than the river what do you think is going to happen when it floods. Flooding has been going on since time it self. There is just more people building where they shouldn’t.

    I used to think that higher latitude region ( USA canada, europe) would not get affected by climate change, only tropical countries( I am from India) will turn into dryland so we should be first to act against carbon emmission and used to blame our govt for asking exemption from limiting green house gases. But now I think USA have a strong reason to reduce carbon emmissions.

    Devastating flooding and drought will increasingly be a fixture of reality in the world. Along with sea level rise, these things will profoundly impact food production and trigger mass migrations, which will in turn greatly impact economies, governments and societies around the world. I recently read a great book that lays out what's coming in terms of climate change and gives practical guidance for how to prepare. It's free online and called The Great Waves of Change. I recommend everyone check it out.

    Vice President Pence may/will visit Midwest flooding? in
    Nebraska, South Dakota, Ohio and Wisconsin. Just as I expected from this Vice
    President, a lot of words will be spent about recovery, and little concerning
    the true and continued root cause, which should include words of acknowledgment
    of climate change and how to alter it, or at the very least to slow its progression.

    Anybody still wondering why USDA and other wetland agencies insist on protecting the thousands of small sloughs, marshes and even tiny wet spots all over upper midwest? With over 90% of them already converted to farmland, roads, parking lots and other hard surfaces, there is little to hold meltwater at the source and you end up with what were seeing today across the upper midwest. Wonder if we'll ever learn?

    That black hawk getting people from the roof at 1:06 is not Omaha that location is in Arlington Ne which is about 50 minutes away from omaha heading northwest and the elkhorn river flooded that town omaha is fine it's the smaller towns that need our help!! There is cattle displaced and our farmland is fucked we are 93% farmland so yall city folk better stock up on beef ,chicken and pork cause its gonna get expensive

    Blame this destruction on geo engineering. Climate change is real but it is the US government that is responsible for it . This part of Nebraska got record amounts of snow this winter followed by rain and warm temperatures. I knew months ago that they (the government) was setting up this exact scenario. The whole country is under attack by our government. Look at California (fires , droughts) followed by treacherous flooding. Other states either in drought or excess rains and flooding. Wake up people our government is manipulating the weather for their agendas 21/30. Educate yourselves. Look up HARP , geo engineering, chem trails, Military Industrial Complex. Time to take our country back from the EVIL ONES!
