The spike proteins are attaching themselves to the cells of the vessel wall and causing flow issues where the o2 rich red blood cells cant flow thru the cappillaries and a clot forms and cannot be opened again… He says this will continue until after 3 yrs the heart muscle will dies and so will the pt.
