  1. Government never should of gave out stimulus checks at all!! They should have paid the land lords or banks directly. Instead they took the money wasted it as the landlords and banks gay screwed. People got foodstamps. That's why house are selling so fast people used their stimulus for down payments as they satin their apartments free loading. Stocking up money.

  2. I'm small landlord. Cant sell my house " have buyer " because tenant won't move He never lost his job . " Did not pay rent so far 6 mounts "
Was not unemployed because covid. Drives an Audi nice one !

  3. THERE WAS UNEMPLOYMENT, 300-600 EXTRA WEEKLY UNEMPLOYMENT, SNAP, CHILD CREDIT STIMULUS. WHAT HAPPEN WITH ALL OF THAT? WERE THEY NOT ELIGIBLE? THESE STORIES NEED TO ASK….DID YOU GET THOSE MONIES?

  4. The court throws it out at the end of the moratorium. Useful….. 🤦‍♂️

  5. AND, you have companies from major cities like NYC, going to upstate NY buying up rent complex properties, &jacking them up, while pushing people living w/mental health, substance use recovery, low-income, single parent households, "eyesores", out to the suburbs to incentivize a "wine and dine" district. People are expendable to the almighty dollar. Smh

  6. I find it fascinating that these people seem to be well fed, have designer glasses and seem to get her piercings and hair done. But, she can't pay her rent. Plenty of jobs out there. Get a job you bum.

  7. I went with out food to eat , new clothing and shoes and utilities and vacations and every thing else because I payed my mortgage first and every thing else had to wait. And now that I have payed off my mortgage everything can still wait while I save and save and save and I still have bought a used car in over 10 years still driving my 04 mustang GT and 1978 Datsun 280z I will never spend 30 or 40 thousands dollars for a car knowing that I have a mortgage on my back

  8. Unemployment, stimulus money, food banks giving out food. I do not feel for anyone who took this money and did not pay there bills. There was so much help out there. They even paid energy bills up to 500.00 where I live. I have been back to work since June of last year as a server. I have seen so many people taking that money and drinking and eating it up. I seen so many US Bank credits in my life time. Unemployment here uses US Bank cards. I even heard some talk about how they will get help to pay rent so they could not use there unemployment money. I am no fool by anyone crying woof now it is time to pay up or get out.

  9. Please realize that not every tenant didn't pay rent due to Covid. Some renters just took a vacation and only found a job so they could claim exposure to Covid and quit just to get more free money — or turned down jobs. Rent will be due regardless. Nobody stopped the credit card companies from collecting. Stop throwing a blanket over ALL… Some are just working the system and that's all the work they'll do. Some are authentic and truly struggling — those are the ones who can't seem to get anything. Liars are always winning and it sucks.

  10. Life sucks if I didn’t homelessness wouldn’t exist at all. Jobs NEVER stopped being available. I don’t care what job you HAD BEFORE, if your too good to go from being like a secretary or whatever to bagging groceries or taking what jobs ARE STILL AND NEVER STOPPED being available then you deserve the downfall that YOU have allowed to occur to yourself. Handle your business people the world doesn’t owe you ANYTHING especially for free for ANY reason.

  11. No one's getting evicted. The numbers are made up. No way there's that many irresponsible ppl with children. Plus all that money was given. Things will be fine.

  12. Lesson to landlords:
Never put money into fixing up your apartments — let them dilapidate. Instead put extra cash in a fund for the next time the government gives away your service for free.
