Civil Rights Investigation Underway Into Death Of Ronald Greene

1. This is absolutely absurd. In your face evidence and this is the treatment and lack of respect shown to a grieving mother and members of a community you are SWORN to protect? Something for more evil and sinister awaits those who carry out such blatant injustices. The things of this earth are fleeting trust.

   Example R King beating and the death of Greene and others esp when person hand cuffed they are not in danger at this time and they begin wailing on the person. Then you have the police chief,union and mayors defend this action by bad police officers. We need accountability or this action will continue.

    In many cases a high speed case leads to bad ends. But well wait for the inveatigation findings

35. I was standing at a bus stop in my well to do neighborhood when a police cruiser pulls up. two white officers exit the vehicle and while approaching me one says, 'what's happening homey'. Now, i am a 64 year old retired black man. He does not know me personally and i don't know him personally. But he feels comfortable addressing me as 'homey' to which i objected. I sensed hostility from the second officer immediately. I can imagine all the other stereotypes swirling into his pea brain in reference to me. This is where the problem starts. They were not addressing me but preconceived notions about me. totally ignoring me personage and demanded to look into my backpack. I don't know this is constitutional but i let him examine it's contents. You can not easily changed deep-seated racist attitudes but they can be replaced by officers with more objectivity in dealing with black people. So that necessary use of force is not informed by attitudes born out of racist animus. A few extra kicks to the head while suspect is handcuffed and dragging the suspect face down through the dirt. A few more shots to the corpse lying before them. It make them feel better. sad.

36. Its not a few but its not all.Stop saying a few bad apples because your just defending them. I place the blame solely on that entire department from the people that trained them , their superiors for covering it up to avoid bad press and the officers themselves.
