  1. There is few if any more important jobs than caring for the future generations. Do a poor job and you get poor results. My own experience makes me think that finding really bad teachers was the intention however it may just have been the result of low wages and over crowded classrooms. Separation by age is a mistake the older kids should help with younger ones. It is proven that nothing helps improve understanding than to try to teach someone else what you know. Asked to teach doesn't do it. It is when you want to teach another that increases the understanding. By isolating children by age the opinion of the other kids becomes more important than anything else.

  2. The teacher union needs to not think they the boss of this Industry that union need to protect the teachers but not run the school the union needs to get the teachers in line that they not gods and other workers matter like custodians r treated with respect and not there personal slave

  3. Very concerned for the kids that supposedly don’t get food or anything good without school, how did they deal with long weekends, winter break and summer break? 😥 sounds like a problem with getting kids out of harmful situations, not trying to bandaid it having them go to school.

  4. New Zealand is 92% vaccinated and the US is only 63% vaccinated.

2 YEARS OF PANDEMIC and AMERICANS STILL DON'T GET IT.

Is it a problem with the American education system?

Covid deaths US 862,931 vs China 4,636 New Zealand 51.

  5. 1 million Covid cases per day is the result of America's freedom delusion.

Evolution is where the smart and strong survive. Covid deaths USA 862,931 vs New Zealand 51.

US parents protest at school meetings about? A: 185 school shootings in 10 years B: Masks.

The USA, where you used to be able to own people but now suddenly wearing a mask is having your freedom taken away. H.Franklin

  6. So when good teachers refused the jab they were taken off payroll. But the teachers that refuse to go to school keep getting paid?? The unions and the mayor are disgusting people.

  7. To all libs… Go love yourself and let’s go Brandon, I agree!!!

  8. ABC News is underwritten and supported by Pfizer, the fossil fuel industry, Raytheon and the military industrial complex. The conflicts of interests are too many. If you don't have my trust it's because you have no integrity. Sad

  9. A lot of people are asymptomatic so if we don't test they won't quarantine & the covid will continue to spread. I'm disappointed in ALL our POLITICAL LEADERS NOW because DEMS are acting like uncaring repugs & putting childrens & others health at risk because even mild cases can cause OMICRON to MUTATE into something WORSE!!! WE need politicians who put OUR LIVES/ HEALTH FIRST over their concerns the WEALTHY BUSINESSES WON'T LIKE SOMETHING!!! ALSO are schools concerned that they won't get federal dollars if kids aren't in school. lightfoot SHOULD NEVER HAVE MADE THOSE TEACHERS & KIDS GO to SCHOOL WITHOUT BETTER MASK & TESTING. SHE NEEDS TO BE PRIMARIED OUT of OFFICE VOTE DEM repugs care even less about people's health/ lives but VOTE TRUE BLUE for a DEMOCRAT who look out for children's & others health/ lives first. lightfoot has failed & I was in her corner til she didn't plan for any precautions before she opened schools again!!! N.Y. had plans to protect people's health apparently lightfoot ( lightthinking) expected
teachers/students to just take the risk!!! What a B___H!!!
