Charges against surgeon, girlfriend to be dismissed l ABC News

1. This case gave me a whiplash. If the former DA really did lie, I hope the couple sue him. Prosecutors have been caught fabricating evidence before so it can happen. My fear echoes many others here that the defendants bought their way out of this.

   A complete 180 doesn't just happen. This incident is a total breach of trust. Unfortunately, money, power and influence seem to favour the rich. This shouldn't happen.
