13. America is the richest country of the world and over 1 million people died with COVID. CDC knew the facts but chose to mislead the politicians, general population and rest of world. Real beneficiary of Pandemic was drug companies enabled by CDC. The number of innocent Americans who suffered due to CDC misinformation campaign is way more than 911 or Iraq war. This Reorg is a joke, CDC needs to cease & decease. A new health agency with more accountability need to be established. Like FDA, CDC is part of the great DC Swamp!!

As we manage the Monkeypox vaccine shortage, I have been wondering why public health officials (both gay and straight) didn't immediately and responsibly recommend canceling all public gatherings that were scheduled from June onward, until such time that the vaccines have been distributed to the most at-risk group? Public health officials fully knew that MPox can be transmitted through less intimate touching than sex—just look at how it most commonly spreads in Africa (not via sex). The scramble for vaccines and T-Poxx has been a real challenge, but we could have also been reducing the spread of MPox through reduced contact with others — like how we limited our contact during the worst of the covid epidemic by staying away from each other. There’s been practically no messaging about canceling / postponing public gatherings —Why Not?! It’s just commonsense ! !
