Whereas some of the smartest people in the world are but do not have the financial stability in family life growing up to actually put them in the position or point them in the right direction by good people in their lives to extend their smartness to the world which is the very biggest problem we have here in the US. Lack of expansion of its people no matter what the race is will always push the US behind China and other countries because that means they are not extending to the fullest potential which most countries understand now
