4. That is because they drain them all the time. When will Californians get tired of the manufactured drought crises? when will they recognize that ocean next door? Fear fear fear and more fear mongering. The music is so dramatic!

6. California and the upper Midwest states need to work out some massive pipelines and water transportation projects to keep the California economy alive.
   Midwest states may be able to get some compensation and fees for sharing excess water. This is a possibility.

7. Perhaps an outlandish idea: If more storms are expected in the eastern part of the US, leading to significant annual flooding in places, would it be feasible/reasonable to pump some of that water through a pipeline system to western states where needed? (Akin to gas pipelines)

9. Geoengineering
   Chemtrails produce the opposite results
   While chemtrails do create clouds, it would be high altitude clouds, with a recognizable specific unnatural repeated pattern. Chemtrails have eliminated low altitude rain clouds (which is a  requirement of cloud seeding), warm the atmosphere and the ground. The trails can be seen because they absorb surrounding water, this reduce the chance of rain, which create drought conditions. Not only that, the next rain will pour down heavier, because of the colection of all the failed rain, create intense and long rain, creating flood after long period of drought

22. Drought is due to casinos and hotels all tht electricity they use more electricity then anyone yet we have to watch how we use ours or we will be charged high rates yall need to charge these hotels and casinos open 24/7 everyday not us tax payers
