Instead of hiring a select group of well-qualified independent contractors, my company was forced to hire more under-qualified idiots and split the total hours of work among under-qualified people. The result: Terrible pay for everybody, and worse company performance. This is Communism 101.

25. It sounds great but for us working more than one part-time job just to survive in California. With full-time being capped at 32 hours(with 32 being considered part-time previously). Anyone working part-time hours will be reduced dramatically because they see us as disposable.
