No correlation. Those that go for walks are going to live a more healthy lifestyle vs those that don’t. For this survey to be conducted, diets should at least be tracked as well
I walk between 6000 and 13000 steps per day. Because I parked my car now I do everything/business by walking. Fortunately I live in a city that allows me to walk instead of drive..
