Lol I've used a leaf blower for years. Didn't realize it was worth a video.
Ice had to be separated from the surface. If melted into the surface and refrozen would have failed. Sounds like these conditions are not uncommon given how many people do just this same trick.

It is my view that Google must be owned by the people of the US. It cannot remain in the hands of the current owners . This is a national security issue, we cannot have far left or far right people running such a sensitive company.
