  1. I permit it. Just make sure the wrong person doesn't end up on the chair wasting valuable leathal medecine & causing suffering to their innocent family. They need to pay with their lives the same ways they've taken the victim's lives as a lesson for others thinking of doing it.

  2. I have to be against the death penalty because of how many people are wrongfully convicted. There should be a difference for OBVIOUSLY guilty people (such as this), and people who confess (without pressure)- they SHOULD get the death penalty.

  3. Some people definitely deserve to be put down. I don’t support it because it becomes someone’s “job” to be the executioner I can’t imagine doing that. Forced labor is better for society.

  4. I get there are people out there that don’t like the death penalty because they feel it’s slow and painful well here’s another solution firing squad that’s quick

  5. Elected officials carry out the sentence personally and publicly. It is your duty as an elected official to flip the switch, push the button, pull the blade. Seppuku is the only way the convicted can give the family name back honor . All done publicly on the court house steps . The family of the convicted can clean the steps 24hrs after death.

  6. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Live by the gun, die by the gun (or lethal injection, electricity, whatever). I dont care if its not a fucking deterrent. Its not about that. It’s about the final piece of justice being served to the victim and his/her family.

  7. I will tell you by observation
If you choose death, you will suffer the Karma of death. That means lack of Appreciation of life will be the mindset of your family and Community. Thoughts are Karma.

  8. Death is the easy way out !! Make them stay in a cell for 23 hours a day !! And with grown ups hurting children and woman sexually , don't put them in a prison that just holds inmates that sexually assault people . Send them to a real prison and put them in G-Pop !!! Let them suffer they way they made the children and grownups suffer for the rest of their life !!

  9. What I don't understand is why do people want the death penalty? They may very well repent and end up with Jesus, in heaven as opposed to Earth which is ruled by Satan, when it clearly states in the Bible that God decides when you die. That's what I don't get the debate on. So in all actuality you may be freeing the perpetrator. I think jail is hell, and if you really want someone to suffer you wouldn't keep him there.

  11. The death penalty would be appropriate if (and only if) the justice system didn't keep convicting the wrong people for some of the most serious crimes.

  12. No, life in prison is a living hell. In some cases incarceration helps ppl reach the point of remorse and regret for their crimes before they die. The courts don’t always get the right perpetrator either

  13. Clear answer, No, It's was considered unconstitutional by the supreme court later they say it's not. The jobs of humanity is not necessarily to judge. Even says it Biblically. But in another note. We are not here to judge, Yet we are able to separate those that bring destruction and chaos. We can punish, But has that worked "No", crime is just as high as the 90's. Has executions stopped murder. No, Chicago has recorded 1000 homicides this year alone. Prisons are packed and we are moving into a state where all this inhumane treatments are leading to severe psychosis. They blame it on culture, But I think it runs deeper than that. Prisons should be societies away from society with jobs and many forms of rehabilitation to reinstitute into society and those that can't leave should be able to work and pay rent there just like everyone else. You just can't leave. You may have many freedoms But you can't leave cause your a danger to the out side world. Why is it prisoners can't mingle with the opposite sex, wonder why there is so much homosexuality. These interactions will lower aggression and teach them how to treat women or vise versa. How can you expect people to be human if you treat them like animals. Same with those with life. You want monsters you will get monsters.

  14. I use to believe in it but in the last 30 years, 3,000 ppl have ben exonerated. The justice system is not fair and seems to just railroad anyone.
