Environmental experts should know that disposal coal waste in land fill is also not proper solution. Those land fill will never be any use for how long whose know and burying coal waste is an accidents of fire waiting to happen like Centralia mine fire that happens in Pennsylvania years ago and it still burning. They have to evacuate the whole town. Plus what about water sources? We're risking drinking polluted water if they burying coal. So I rather see it be gone and no longer on land.
