  1. So ya actually get a lower bail,if ya kill people. As long as the property means more than people , all’s well..
Gee it’s a funny country. Ya don’t want to get those priorities muddled up aye..lol

  2. (1:29) How can Gary Kauffman, Benjamin Ackerman’s lawyer talk like that with a straight face? I know he’s just another lawyer with no integrity and nothing more than a mercenary who will represent anybody if the money is right but…*POLICE FOUND THOUSANDS OF ITEMS INSIDE ACKERMAN’S HOME AND STORAGE UNIT* How do you defend that? Would you say that he was framed? This is an indefensible case…open and shut. If Ackerman had half a brain, he would’ve stored those stolen items in an anonymous storage unit that had no link to him. But this dummy just assumed he was smarter than police and surveillance system which all rich people have…he thought they would never suspect him even though he’s not a realtor just randomly showing up to rich people’s home coincidentally before all their shit got stolen. He could’ve stopped while he was ahead but he never would have. Eventually, stealing from too many rich people will catch up with you and police will observe a pattern.

  3. Steal from the mega rich? You better be prepared because they’re going to throw their full arsenal. There’s this common perception that it’s okay to steal from rich people because they won’t even notice or care. Very untrue. Nobody likes being stolen from including rich people because you feel violated. But unlike poor people or middle class, rich people have the resources to go after you. Benjamin Ackerman messed with the wrong people. There’s a reason why the judge set an extraordinarily high bail amount of $1.7 mill. It’s not because the realtor could probably afford a $100K bail or because the crimes were expensive in nature (grand larceny) but because the judge is rich himself and can relate to such a violation. If you’re gonna steal from the rich, you better not get caught and have to deal with an elitist judge.

  4. Why would you keep your valuable small items in a house when you’re trying to sell it? During an open house you never leave stuff like that outside of a safe.
