    Interesting how the first clip shown is of the top of a tree, blowing in the wind. Then a reporter in front of a river, (NOT going to flood or even rise further). Then description of street signs, traffic lights and other hanging, dangling items. NO FLOODING, NO severe damage. (Thankfully). A lot of fear mongering, speculation of what MIGHT happen. My question is why so much effort in making it seem so critical and dangerous ?
