7. 1) Second failure to stop for police in 24-hours, 2) out after midnight, 3) shoots at cops, 4) drives at 80 MPH through residential neighborhoods, 5) hits a police care, 6) exits vehicle wearing a ski mask, 7) fails to respond to police direction and flees on foot, 8) taser attempt fails, 9) turns on police and THEN is shot. Oh and he had a pistol in the car (left intentionally or dropped???). Upstanding citizen!

    In the meantime a black felon attacks a man working at a bodega and the man being attacked defends himself and kills his attacker, then is arrested and given murder charges.
