16. Epstein had every reason to commit suicide. He was looking forward to the rest of his life in solitary confinement. No interaction with other inmates. No activities except whatever he could do in his cell. Minimal outside time…an hour per day and even then in a cage. The circumstances at that facility was messed up but typical for those institutions…understaffed and over worked.
