  1. The bullets are a sign that the hate hasn't gone anywhere and has trickled down from the Great grandparents to the parents of today. I don't know where the hate comes from, but the JEALOUSY is real.

  2. The Smithsonian, like NASA, is the biggest Lie to Americans in the History of our Country. How many Native Americans ever ran upon a Dinosaur skeleton? No One has been, or going to the Moon, and there are No Dinosaurs! they want you to believe in things that don't exist and things that can't be reached by humans. think about it!

  3. While this is no doubt a sad day in history we tend to isolate murder and point out racist murders take a front seat. Meanwhile everyday young men are dying on the streets…innocent…why are these murders overlooked? Minimized??? How many young boys Emmits age killed for just playin in their area??? Selective outrage??? And dont tell me folks can care about both….they dont…..

  4. This is result of Black Folks sleeping thinking it’s not their fight to continue. It don’t stop!! Stop sleeping on the job, people!!!! Wise up!! Tell your children about their history in the country. They need to know this as well as Civics and Economics.

  5. Terrible tragedy. 🙁 Prayers for healing and unity 🌍🌎🌏

  6. "Laws make people behave, but they do not legislate the heart" you sir are a icon and a hero. The perpetrators must not know what a Martyr is, and that there current actions are the best way to promote their previous bad actions. Ignorance truly is bliss.

  7. Shocking to us. But still acceptable lynching to Mississippians judging by those fresh bullet holes on Emmett’s memorial. That type of hatred doesn’t just go away, it lives on today.

  8. And they try to forbid this stuff from being discussed in school. Knowing this doesn’t make me hate my country. It makes me want to improve it and make it better for everyone.

  9. If only that sign could have shot back. How backward and close minded does a person have to be to shoot a historical marker dedicated to a young man killed for nothing more then the color of his skin.

  10. I bet the same people who shoot a sign like this are outraged about removing confederate statues and claim they "just don't want to erase history"

  11. 46% of America wants SLAVERY BACK !!!!
THAT'S WHAT THE ATTACK ON JANUARY 6TH WAS ALL ABOUT

RACISM IS ALIVE AND WELL IN 2021 AMERICA

  12. And it turned out that the woman lied about Till, admitted she lied about Till and was unrepentant about the lies that cost Till his life.
