Amazon: New headquarters to bring 25k jobs to each location

2. This is so cool. Not only will it pay low wages, you will pay the owner billions of your tax dollars for you minimum wage job. And since it will soon be a global produce store it will shut down all those stupid stores in your neighborhood. Now you wont need to leave the house except to work so you can help pay the billions the government just handed him.

4. 2.7 billion divided by 25K jobs = 108, 000 per job. If a small business hires 10 people, why don't they get 1,080,000 in tax breaks. This is as bad as tax payers paying for million dollar stadiums for sports.

7. The "25k jobs" are to rich people who already has the job that are moving into the neighborhood. There's no new jobs for people that are there. but rather a gentrification of these wealthy people that are going to bring the prices of rent and everything up and kick the natives out.

15. The incentives and tax breaks Amazon is getting is completely disgusting. Amazon doesn’t need it and that taxpayer money could be better spent elsewhere than on billion dollar monopoly companies

20. Two billion in incentives is about $40,000 per job paid to Amazon by the state. Jeff Bezos either gets two free buildings in the most expensive cities in America or free labor for the first year. We say we don't want welfare but this sets a precedent for any future tech company.
