6. I got arrested once because of my last name. The cop was like, yea you are from that family.

   Luckily there were cameras everywhere (I was in a fight). The cameras confirmed my story and they threw me back out 😂

   So yes, last name issues do happen.

8. Joe, how is the windows install on that pc?

   I can really recommend a Mac for streaming.

   My PC has a 8 core processor, 64gb ram and a 2080ti.
   My MacBook has a Apple M1 and 16gb ram. The Macbook has cost me way less (pc was built in February 2019)

   In stuff like streaming and editing videos or images. The MacBook runs circles around my PC. Adobe software as well.

   It also has a great battery and doesn't ever get hot on me.

   I chose the Mac purely for the battery at the time, needed a laptop with insane battery time for college because the college I was in had like 1 power socket per classroom and 30+ students to share it 😂 and it surely delivers on this. I can do 2 college days without charging it and the laptop is around 3 years old at this point.

17. Go back and retell some of the stories from your earlier videos. You know a lot of current viewers haven't heard those stories or don't remember hearing them. Might help the channel grab a little traction as well. People want to hear prison tales, not so much skits although a little variety certainly never hurt

18. Joe needs to stop overthinking shit and trying to dissect every little aspect of youtube. Look at what you did at the beginning, Go Back to Basics and your fan base will grow again. You just keep looking for that one viral video to put you back on the map but this is going to take time to get everybody back overthinking things, keep changing things every other week is only going to push away the ones who have stuck around for this long. I enjoy the Vlog type prison videos that you do and I enjoy the renovation and painting videos. Seems you stopped videoing all the rental videos completely and I'm not too happy about that. No reason you can't combine everything instead of trying to make a small group of people happy who don't like watching both

20. Joe just remember when doing changes, YOU ARE THE REASON WE WATCH! Dont go on the background, do the changes with Joe included. Also, would be good idea to put out a bit shorter vids, not just shortform, but under 10 min or 10min max videos, that you can clip to shorter vids. One thing you could bring back is prison news and also start reacting to prison cellphone videos

21. I personally don't watch shorts nor am I interested in watching shorts. I want to put on a video and sit back and relax not keep scrolling every 60 seconds looking for another video. I want something that will keep my attention. Minimum 20 minutes

22. Please don't do shorts Joe, you have people here that have supported you for almost 10 years we want full length videos like always brother!

24. Simple answer to the new algorithm. Just make clips of your long form and put black bars at top and bottom of the portrait shorts. You can use them things to entice your viewers to watch the full video, just make sure you link it.

    Once a week is good.
    Mainstream is 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a week.
